Register to be an exhibitor at
YAKIMA GREENWAY RIVERS FESTIVAL
October 9, 2008

All exhibits must come self-contained with supplies and equipment. The Greenway will provide a table(s) and a presentation title sign for your exhibit. We cannot guarantee coverage under the picnic shelter for exhibitors. Please come prepared with a tent or covering in case of inclement weather.

You will need to prepare a 10-15 minute presentation and/or a hands-on activity to be given several times throughout the day. Setup is at 7:30am exhibits start at (9:00am-2:00pm). Please take note of the age of youth you will be presenting to. Being 4th and 5th grade appropriate is vital to the success of your presentation.

Please provide us with a title and brief description of your presentation for placement in our brochure and teacher confirmation packets. Fill out this form and click the "Submit" button at the bottom. All fields are required.

Once we receive your registration, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the Greenway office to verify your registration.

NOTE - Do you have a banner or a way to designate your exhibit? We will have a 4’x4’ sandwich board in front of your location so you can display your banner or signage.
