To register your entire team for Gap2Gap or Junior Gap2Gap, please fill out this registration form then print using the print icon in your browser or the button at the bottom of the page.
Fill out the roster completely. Fill in a name for each leg of the race, even if one member is completing more than one leg. Team captain must be a participating member of the team.
Entries postmarked after May 21 cannot be guaranteed participant T-shirts on
race day or sequential race number with their division.
Teams participating in the Elite categories will race on the 49 mile course including the water leg. Sport teams will do an inline skate leg in lieu of the water leg, shorter mountain bike leg, and a 5K run as the last leg of the race. See Course Descriptions for more complete information.
Each participant must sign indicating that he/she accepts the waiver. Competitors under 18 years of age must have the signature of their parent/guardian.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER STATEMENT - READ BEFORE SIGNING For those over 17 years of age: In consideration of your accepting my entry, I release and discharge the Yakima Greenway Foundation, all of its agents, volunteers, employees; all co-sponsors; the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Roza Irrigation District, Bureau of Reclamation, Washington State Department of Transportation and Washington State Patrol from any and all liability arising from illness, injuries, disabilities, damages and death that I may suffer as a result of traveling to or from, or participating in this event. I know there are risks of serious injury, disability or illness in this strenuous race. I believe that I have sufficiently trained for participation in this event. I also understand and agree that any sponsor may subsequently use my picture and name for publicity/promotional purposes without my further consent. In signing this document, I intend to bind my successors and assigns or anyone acting on my behalf and further shall save and hold harmless all of the parties named above.
For those under 18 years of age: As the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the named minor participant, I understand the above listed points and agree to allow the minor to participate.
The undersigned have read the foregoing waiver and release, understand that they have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it voluntarily. (If 17 or younger, type the name of the participant and have the participant's parent or guardian sign the waiver.)
Total Entry Fee is $35 per team member for adult race; $175 for Corporate teams; $15 per team member for Junior race; plus late fee if applicable. All fees include t-shirts. If your team does not desire t-shirts, deduct $5.00 per member.
