What?
The 2011 Annual Rock the Gap will be an evening of great Rock & Roll music appealing to all adults. A complete dinner will be served with area wines and beer.
Racers and the community are all welcome!
When?
After the Gap2Gap Relay, Saturday, June 4th, 2011.
5:30: Happy Hour, Silent Auction
6:30: Gourmet dinner and dessert auction
7:30: Live music
Where?
Sarg Hubbard Park on the Yakima Greenway, under the big tent
Why?
First premier event of the season! Funds raised will support the Greenway expansion project (Fund-a-foot) and other Kiwanis charities.
Who?
The event is hosted by Kiwanis Club of Yakima and Yakima Greenway Foundation.
Dinner Tickets
Dinner Tickets are $45 in advance, $50 at the door, and include dinner, a complimentary souvenir glass, and one drink.
VIP tables
VIP tables are a great sponsorship opportunity at $450. Your private table hosts up to 8 guests and includes dinner, souvenir glass, plus scrip for each guest, and a bottle of wine. Each VIP table will receive a commemorative stone with your business name engraved on it. If that isn’t enough, as a table sponsor you also get to hang a 3’ x 5’ banner in the VIP Tent to promote your company!
Concert Tickets
Concert only tickets – available for only $15. Put your dancing shoes on and show up at 7:30pm to enjoy some great music and adult beverage!
