MYRON LAKE WORK PARTY

Join us for a volunteer work party at Myron Lake! Help us care for this special part of the Greenway by picking up litter and sprucing up the space. After the work is done, we’ll gather for a small celebration to honor the incredible donors, volunteers, and partners who make it all possible.

Event Location: Myron Lake: Off of Fruitvale next to Wildland Firefighting Services
Event Time: Starts at 9am - Ends 11am
Event PRICE: Volunteer

Volunteer tasks will include: Brushing and recycling vegetation around the launch and other fishing and swimming access points, cleaning litter from the path and lake, and installing a sign and bench at the hand launch.
Anyone with a small boat that can assist in cleaning litter from the lake is encouraged to bring it. PFDs are required while using a boat on the lake.

What to bring: Water bottles (We will have an area to refill), snacks, gloves, sun protection.
What you can bring: Pruning or brushing tools, leaf blower, small boat or kayak, litter pickers.
